If you are someone who is soon to commence or has just commenced providing supervision, or if you’ve been providing clinical supervision but have never attended any formal training on clinical supervision, this may be for you! This introductory package can help inform your practice and will look at:

The supervisor / supervisee relationship
Ethical and legal issues
Models of clinical supervision
Processes and structures
We will also look at some underpinning skills for supervision including using a Solution-Focused lens and Cognitive Behavioural thinking. The session will include opportunities for guided practice.
