Description
Only staff who have completed Day One or equivalent and who have provided clinical reflective supervision to at least 4 staff are eligible to attend Day 2. The day involves role plays.This event will cover:
- Supervisory Relationship- Ethics and Contracts
- Solution focused therapy model of supervision
- The 7 Eyed Model - Personal case study and application
- Developmental considerations alongside quality / feedback considerations
- Reflective practices
