Description

This two-day course is an extended version of the Recognising and responding to clinical deterioration course designed for nurses and midwives working in acute clinical settings (high dependency unit, emergency department, urgent care centre, recovery room, intensive care unit, etc). It includes advanced clinical assessment skills, clinical reasoning, decision making, time management, prioritisation of care and problem-solving activities including ISBAR and examining key communication challenges.
