Presented by CMHL, this online forum will be an exciting opportunity for existing and aspiring mental health leaders from across all disciplines to invest in their leadership development. Prepare to be inspired, informed and challenged by presentations from a broad range of impressive leaders from within and beyond the mental health sector. Presentations will include topics on consumer leadership, First Nations leadership, leading through ethical dilemmas, transforming leadership in the age of disruption (to be confirmed) and a trialogue discussion on leadership between consumer, carer and psychiatrist representatives. Each session will provide opportunity for engagement with presenters through online Q&A.

Eligibility criteria

This is a free event designed for members of the public clinical mental health workforce in Victoria, (staff employed at Area Mental Health Services, Forensicare or mental health staff from RCH) and lived experience workforces (LEW) working in either public clinical or community state-funded roles. Other workforce in partner organisations, such as AOD organisations or ACCHOs, may also be eligible.
