I'm an experienced social worker with a background in leadership, clinical roles, youth, and women's empowerment, along with organizational development. Notably, I co-organized an International Women's Leadership Forum in Mongolia with a keynote address by U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

As the former Leadership Development Coordinator at the CMHL, I led the Victorian Mental Health Interprofessional Network (VMHILN) and now contribute to the Learning and Practice Development team, focusing on projects like the MARAM Capacity Building Project, Capability Framework Implementation, and ICYMHS. I also manage the Allied Health team and the Child Information Sharing Capability Building Project.

With a Master of Social Work and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management, I'm passionate about family-focused practice, driving systemic change, collaboration, co-design, and leadership. Beyond work, I enjoy time with family and friends, music, and the outdoors.
