I am a social worker with diverse experience across a range of sectors. My focus has been on leadership including management roles, clinical roles, youth and women’s leadership, peer mentoring, and organisational development. I also co-organised and implemented an International Women’s Leadership Forum with a keynote address by U.S. Security of State Hillary Clinton in Mongolia.
As the Leadership Development Coordinator at the CMHL, I coordinated the Victorian Mental Health Interprofessional Network (VMHILN) until 2022. I continue to promote and develop leadership capability across all disciplines.
I am also the manage the Allied Health team and am involved in a number of projects, including the Child Information Sharing Capability Building Project and Co-Design.
I have a Master of Social Work and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management.
I am passionate about family-focused practice, creating positive systems change, collaborative practice, co-design and leadership.
When not at work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, music and getting outdoors.
