I have worked across the last 15 years providing consumer lived experience expertise within community and clinical mental health services. This journey has been enriched by experiences in the development of Lived Experience Workforce initiatives, and leadership in peer support and project roles.

I am passionate about connections with others which are strengths-based. I value teamwork, collaboration, and spaces of authentic shared curiosity and mutuality.

As the Consumer Workforce Development Educator at CMHL, I genuinely support learning together with co-production principles, and ensuring best practice which is safe and sustainable within mental health workforces.

My core qualifications include certificates in Consumer Engagement and Mental Health, Intentional Peer Support, Emotional CPR and Consumer Perspective Supervision.

In my personal time I appreciate a good cup of tea with conversation, any physical exercise – including golf and yoga; listening to music, time to reflect, and relaxing with my furbaby.
